Semi-Private
Training
At Premier Athletic Development, athletes train within a semi-private model - offering the unique combination of personalized attention and the high energy of a group training environment.
How The Premier Program Works
Our systematic approach to long-term athletic development allows our athletes to be met at their present levels of performance and see continued results in the areas of speed, strength, power and conditioning.

Step 1:
The Assessment
All athletes complete a baseline performance assessment to identify their present levels of performance through the creation of their Athletic Performance Index profile so each athlete can be assigned the appropriate programming strategy.

Step 2:
The Program
Every Premier athlete receives a FREE TeamBuildr training account to view their program and track their progress. Each program is equipped with exercise notes and tutorial videos, promoting the importance of proper technique on every single rep.

Step 3:
The Results
Weekly progress reports are run each week to track athlete progress, and identify areas that may need more deliberate attention. Athletes receive a monthly progress report that communicates their long-term development.

What is the
Athletic Performance Index?
The Athletic Performance Index is a proprietary number calculated from multiple Key Performance Indicators in the areas of Speed, Strength, Power and Conditioning. An athlete receives a grade out of 100 in each assessment, calculating a score in each area of athletic performance. After receiving these API scores, the average of scores across all four areas will ultimately determine the athlete's API.
The goal of the API score is to evaluate to what extent these areas could be limiting athletic performance. The composite API score is a determinant factor in an athlete's potential athletic performance given their present levels of performance across the four areas of Speed, Strength, Power and Conditioning.
TeamBuildr Software
We are proud to say that we use one of the greatest pieces of health and performance software to ever hit the market in TeamBuildr.
This allows us to streamline the delivery of programs to our athletes so they spend less time trying to read their program, and more time training to enhance their performance.
TeamBuildr allows us to do everything from monitoring athlete readiness and fatigue, incorporating exercise notes and technique videos, collecting athlete feedback, run athlete performance assessments, and so much more.

Frequently Asked Questions
When are sessions offered?
The Strength and Conditioning Coach’s hours will vary based upon the season. Please reach out for further information based upon the season you are interested in. Any changes to this schedule will be communicated via TeamBuildr and be reflected in the Complete Game of PA app.
Why do sessions expire?
Session expirations are designed to encourage consistency and accountability. Regular training is critical to athletic progress, and expirations ensure that athletes stay on track with achieving their goals.
What happens if I get injured, sick, or travel?
We understand that life happens. If you face a long-term injury, sickness, or extended travel, please contact the front desk to discuss potential membership extensions.
Can I still come and train if I cannot make it in during the times of the Strength and Conditioning Coach?
Yes! Athletes are able to attend Open Gym hours, which are outside of the Strength and Conditioning Coach’s hours, but inside of the operating hours of Complete Game of PA. If athletes come in during Open Gym hours, this will count towards one of their sessions.
I’m a Complete Game of VIP Member. If I attend Open Gym hours, will this count towards one of my sessions?
No! Complete Game of PA VIP Members gain access to the weight room within their VIP membership, so they may attend Open Gym hours without this counting towards one of their sessions.
Is there a specific time window athletes need to sign-up?
We ask athletes to sign-up for sessions at least 24 hours in advance. Please email vince@completegameofpa.com if scheduling or canceling within 24 hours.
If I cancel a scheduled session, will I lose this session?
No! If a session is canceled, athletes will not lose it and will then be able to reschedule this at a later date.
